Have you ever wondered if you have healing energy in your hands?
I believe that we all do and my aim is to enable you to experience that energy, and learn how to channel it to help yourself, your family and friends.
The first benefit most people feel is a sense of relaxation and peace and that's when they are giving the Reiki as well when they are receiving it.
Just imagine being able to soothe a fractious child, help your arthritic dog, or help an asthmatic friend to breathe more easily or or take away the pain of a headache in a few minutes.
This 3 day Reiki Level 1 course will run on Wednesdays 18th and 25th September and Sunday 6th October from 10 to 4pm in Torrington.
Reiki healing is easy to learn and practice. Here's more about the course content and what you could gain from attending.
Over the first 2 days you will
v learn the history of this ancient healing system
v receive a powerful Reiki Attunement
v feel the energy in your own hands
v do your first Self Healing
v be energised by Hatsu Rei Ho breathing practice
v give and receive a full Reiki treatment
v relax in guided visualisations.
You can relax and enjoy the 2 days experiencing and using Reiki energy for yourself, and for other people. I keep the group small so there's plenty of time for questions and individual attention.
You'll have 3 weeks to practice self healing using the CD included in the course and read the manual.
On the third day there is plenty of time for sharing and questions. You'll give and receive a full healing treatment, take part in group healing and meditations. We'll also be joined by experienced healers so there’ll be lots of positive energy.
After the course you will be able to:

v Use Reiki for First Aid
v Ease a friend’s headache
v Soothe a tearful child
The price for the 3 days of training including the comprehensive manual, a meditation CD or mp3 for daily practice, certificate and continuing email and telephone support is £250. You can pay in 3 monthly instalments if that makes it easier.
